JOB DESCRIPTION
- Acquisition of new business from new overseas agent and existing overseas agent based on a value proposition and solution.
- Set targets, and be accountable for achieving them, for commercial activities, aligned with company product strategy.
- Own the development of opportunities with direct oversea agent, manage the relationship at the most senior level.
- Arrange and well-manage overseas agent’s visit to Vietnam and the development of business in other countries which is decided or influenced in Vietnam.
- Execute the sales and marketing function.
- Enabling the sales success and ensure sales targets are met.
- Organize and maintain sales reports, forecast, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Accountable for identifying and executing upselling opportunities.
- Maintain and update Salesforce system overseas agent information details. Specifically contact information, scope of work, and visit timelines.
- Map the market as company’s assignment.
- Keep track of and report on the response’s timeliness and quality.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by higher level.

- Ability to develop short and long-range project planning, and effectively communicate information to diverse work groups.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and patience.
- Demonstrated skills in organization group process, problem identification and resolution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
- Ability to manage budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
*** EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION: Bachelor Degree or College Degree
*** EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Sales or Pricing or Customer Service within freight forwarding. Experience in a progressively responsible project manager or similar roles in pricing, transportation logistics or supply chain management preferred.
