JOB DESCRIPTION
– Contact and advise customers with international import and export needs, transportation services, logistics, customs procedures.
– Maintain existing customers
– Be responsible for the revenue retention for Gulf business development
– Ensure all customer agreements are cost-sensitive to ensure a suggested minimum pricing tariff is set and adhered to.
– Market research on shipping, logistics, international freight forwarding & reporting to sales manager.
– Complete daily and weekly reports to measure individual and department effectiveness and provide figures showing weekly productivity of the department.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor/ College Degree in Business or equivalent
– Neat appearance: Female or Male: 23 -40 yrs old
– At least 2-3 years experience in Sales and having knowledge in Air Freight/ Ocean Freight Operations
– Good communication, listening skills both in Vietnamese and English
– 3C Skills: Can do attitude – Customer-first – Consultant mindset

WORKING TIME
– Monday to Friday: from 08:00 to 17:00
– Saturday: from 08:00 to 12:00.
– Saturday and Sunday afternoon break.
