• Highly connecting with Sales team to qualify and deeply understanding customers.
  • Deeply understanding company’s product portfolio.
  • Ensuring that processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards, monitoring the shipments and ensure they are being processed correctly.
  • Closely connecting with other departments as required to develop positive working relationships to deliver smooth sales process and high win ratio.
  • Well-managing Salesforce systems to enhance sales process and ensure input information correctly.
  • Be accountable for one-point-contact and ensure information flow smoothly to all of departments.
  • Supporting Sales team to create quotation on time and input selling rates on Salesforce system.
  • Reporting to higher level as regular basis.
  • Escalation of issues to management to ensure that a customer is giving the attention required to meet timeline expectations.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by higher level.

*** Education & Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or College Degree

*** Experience:

▪ Minimum 1 years’ experience in Pricing or Customer Service or Documentation within freight forwarding. Experience in a progressively responsible project manager or similar roles in pricing, transportation logistics or supply chain management preferred.
